I Bought my home duo 16 TB and device is connected to internet and device is visible in the wifi Router but unable to login to device

Hi,

I bought the NAS WD My home duo 16TB today and device is connected to internet and device is visible in wifi router. While I try to login in My Cloud Home I am Unable to login. It says Oop’s something is not matching did you type the code correctly? I tried hars reset for 60+ secs Connected to different internet different router as well still i am unable to login, and Led light is slow breathing since the start of the device. Kindly guide me to login.

I replaced my device today, and same issue is occuring again, slow breathing since I have started the device. I dont know what to do please anyone help
