Unable to Detect Mycloud Home Duo | WDBMUT0160JWT

I could not connect to My Cloud Home. The system does not detect the NAS (16TB Mycloud Home Duo) in network.

Trying through the IP, get the prompt in the browser as, {“key”:“notFound”,“message”:“Not Found”}

Windows Explorer mounts the NAS as //IP/public/ but I need to access the dashboard.

Please help. It is a new 16GB NAS

there is no dashboard for the my cloud home. What exactly is happening after you create the account at My Cloud Home? if you can share screen shots it may be helpful.

bonjour mr moi j’ai un problème j’arrive a detecter mon mycloud home duo elle me di que le code

rourni nes pa correcte

The My Cloud Home Duo does not have a local web dashboard, so opening the device IP in a browser and seeing a “notFound” message is normal and not an error. Even though the NAS appears in Windows Explorer as \\IP\public, all management and dashboard access is done only through Western Digital’s cloud platform. To manage the device, you must log in with the WD account used during setup at mycloud.com, or use the My Cloud Home desktop or mobile app. Since the unit is new, it must be fully set up and claimed to your WD account for it to appear in the dashboard. The NAS also requires an active internet connection, DHCP enabled on the router, and a direct connection to the main router during setup. If needed, a 4-second reset can be used to reset network settings without deleting data. This behavior is by design, as My Cloud Home does not support local IP-based administration like traditional NAS models.
