How do you turn off the front-on light of the new Wd MyBook Duo version? I have the 16TB version and on the instructions it says that it is enough to simply press the back button to switch off.
I do it and the light does not take off but starts blinking for minutes and minutes. I can remove the front light only when I hold down the back button for 4-5 seconds but it’s a kind of forced shutdown that I would not want to repeat every night before going to sleep.
I would also leave the external storage switched on with the light but it bothers me when I sleep.
Can someone explain me well?
