Hi
I just bought the mybook live today but im really having trouble connecting to it through the internet. Im using a netgear WNDR3700 rotuter. I’ve signed up for an account at WD2GO.com and can sign in. I can even see my hard drive listed there but when i click to open it all I get is ‘This web page is not available’
I’ve looked everywhere on how to set this up but have had no luck. Also not sure if you have to change to a static IP? Im currently Dynamic and would like to stay there if possible
If any of you know how to set this up, any help would be awesome
