I have a My Book Live and I am trying to configure it using the setup that i downloaded from http://setup.wd2go.com/ but I get an error saying that No My Book Live has been found even if respected all the previous required steps.
Can you guys help me? We need the cloud for the company that I’m working for and I don’t really know what are the steps to configure it.

Welcome to the WD Community.
First make sure that the unit and the computer that you are using to setup the drive are within the same workgroup.
If yes, Are you able to access the dashboard of the unit?
You can try to access the dashboard either by the name of the drive or the ip that the router is assigning to it.
