Hi everyone, I just got my new my passport ultra, but my laptop didn’t recognized it and there is not any auto run software pop up. I have to format my passport and now it work, but without the preinstall WD apps,completely empty in it.
Those missing files list can find in this article: Error.
The pictures shows Extras,Locale,User Manuals,WD Apps for Windows /Mac,WD apps Setup.exe.
I know the 3 major softwares WD backup,security, drive ultitlities can be download from the support website, how about the others that I list above? Anyone? Thanks
