I am new to the WD cloud system and RAID. when I changed the RAID to 0 I lost the data then I changed back to the default setting. how can I retrieve my data. I tried to connect the HD to my PC to retrieve the data using Recuva but the software could not find the drive. HELP
Because you indicated you are trying to recover data from a My Cloud EX2 Ultra you should asked your question in, or search through, the dedicated EX2 subforum. this subforum (My Cloud) is generally for the single bay/single drive My Cloud unit which is different than the EX2 series My Cloud units.
