I’m an engineer at a news station. one of our editors uses the G-raid thunder bolt 3 to edit off of.
recently the G-raid fell of the back of his desk’ damaging the power supply port. I can replace this part but for the life of me, I cannot figure out the disassembly process. Any help on this?
damage like that is a problem
I find a NAS box on a EIA rack to be robust as they are unlikely to have mechanical problems thanks to the steel frame
