G Raid Thunderbolt self-ejecting, now is dead

Hi,
My 2 year old G Raid Thunderbolt 16 TB was self- ejecting for a day, and is now completely dead. I have two such drives that I use with my iMac, so I switched out cables, etc. How do I retrieve the data?

Thank you

If the drive itself won’t power on and you have an identical G-RAID that has removable drives then you can swap the drives into the other enclosure and see if they can mount. In your case here it sounds like the enclosure/chassis of the G-RAID has failed.

If the unit is within warranty you can create an RMA on our site to replace just the chassis by using the chassis SN on the bottom of the drive. Then send in only the chassis and keep your drives and accessories.
