I am not the administrator. I have an individual My Cloud account. Under my own My Cloud account I can create folders, and upload individual files, and upload multiple files that are within the same current directory/folder. I need to be able to upload entire folders (which have subfolders and files in each subfolder). It would take me weeks to have to individually recreate each folder and upload files under each subfolder. So the simple question I can’t seem to find already in the forum…How do I upload folders? entire folders?

I don’t want to do an entire system backup or sync.
I simply want to upload a folder.
Windows File Explorer does not let me select an entire folder to upload. Looking for someone that would have specific instructions instead of a link to the WD community.
This isn’t the forum for PR device owners. We don’t own those devices, so don’t have experience.
Users of the linked PR forum do own PR devices, and may be able to help with specific issues with your PR device.
If you have the device mapped as a network drive in Windows file explorer, you should be able to move files from one drive to another, just like any other named drive.
Are you using Windows file explorer to access the drive? If not, then how are you accessing it?
ps. You might want to speak to the owner and administrator of the device you are using.
