When I backup through the mycloud app on my Android phone it will backup 10 files then I may leave the house and come back later. It starts backup again on file 11 then backs up the rest. Sometimes things get screwed up and I want to just start from the beginning and backup everything on my phone to the Mycloud. How do I do this? I don’t see an option to start from file 1 or do a reset. Right now it says that it is backing up 9 of 72. However, I know that I have about 500 pics/videos that have not been backed up.

Delete the mobile app and reinstall it as there is not any option to reset the device with the Mobile App.
However, I would recommend you to delete the files already backed up from the device by accessing the shares locally on the computer in order to do a fresh start of the files. You can refer the link given below and follow the instructions to map the My Cloud shares to access the data stored in the device.
