How do I change my contact info

Hi All,

I need to change my email address and phone# in my contact info, and can’t find a place to do it. MY SETTINGS would be my guess, but the only things I can changed there are my Name and signature and stuff like that. Where/how do I change email, password, user I.D., etc.? I feel kinda dumb that I can’t figure that out.

Hi MikeyChris, if you are refering to your WD community account, it is not possible to change the email address or I.D. To change you password, you can do it by clicking on “Need help with your password?” message on the sign in screen.
