How do change the default GMT timezone

I’m using My Passport Wireless primarily to back up files from my GoPro, and as such, am simply sucking files directly off the GoPro SD Card, using the handy SD Card Slot. That’s the whole reason I got this thing. Much easier than carrying a laptop arround.

Anyways, My Passport Wireless is showing all the timestamps for all the SD Card files as GMT.
I have verified that the GoPro has my local timezone, which is Mountain (GMT +6).

Is there a way to set the TZ for My Passport Wireless?

It’s not the end of the world, but it is ■■■■ annoying

Hello,

The passport will take the same timezone as the computer. At the moment there’s no option on the dashboard to change that.

Thanks for your reply, but I believe you are incorrect.

The dashboard homepage at http://mypassport shows the local computer time.

But still, when I copy files from an SD Card, the file timestamps are all
in GMT.

Hi,
there is a Mini-Linux runing on this device.
If your are familiar with Linux you can enable ssh on your device, and change /etc/timezone and /etc/localtime as usual for this kind of OS.
