As the topic says, I wish to view the files of the other users on my cloud, is there a way to go about this?

This is breaking the built in security of the MCH.
Only shared folders allowed by the individual users can be read by other users and owner, unless the owner somehow hacked their MCH to bypass this security. The other option is to ask the user to give owner the user’s 2FA authentication WD account and let the owner sign in as the user.
