i was facing a problem with wd mediaplayer plus when “on” with the menu is coming but blur like pink in color & pressed the reset button also it is not getting rectifed
Hi there, I honestly can’t understand your post. You mean the menu is blured with a pink shade when you turn on the media player and not even resetting could fix it? o.o

This sounds like another HDMI handshaking problem. The pink color is usually caused by the color space being set to YCbCr instead of RGB. Go into the WD setup. Select Audio/Video->HDMI. Set the video resolution/frequency to something your TV supports, then select ‘RGB Low’ on the next screen when it asks for the color space value.
