Help! My Passport Portable 2 TB - Extremly Slow

Hi all, got a recertified WD Passport 2 TB External Drive with USB 3.0 but the Read/Write Speed is very Bad. Firmware is up2date. Tested it on two different Computers. Check these Benchmark. First one from the new WD, second from my old NoName USB 3 HDD:

What could be the Problem here?

Just try to change the USB cable and check if you get the same speed.

had to buy an extra usb cable via amazon to test it… with the new cable i reach 113 MB/s read/write… so everything like it should.
