mycloud ex4 is rebuild volume 2 and continuously system rebooting please help me

Your unit’s behavior is abnormal. I’d recommend contacting WD Support about this since your unit may need to be replaced.

I know but my unit on healty . It is ten minute on and system rebooting.help me wd support is very poor problem solveded
