Help - flat login page after downgrade

i didnt knew that there is connectivery problem now

and i downgraded my My cloud device

and now i have flat page with no options to upgrade it

can i update it throug the SSH?

solved the problem with 40sec reset butten preesd while the mycloud is off

You can use SSH to change your unit’s firmware. However, such proceedings are not warranted or supported by Western Digital. I’d recommend verifying if your particular case has been addressed in the thread you have shared.

i’ve been able to resolve the problem with the “40 sec” restore

when I understood that the problem is with WD, I’ve upgraded the firmware back to the latest version and now it’s ruuning almost ok
