Subject says it all. Newer versions of Plex Server are required for new functionality. I don’t see a option to upgrade or instructions to manually download/upgrade.

Unfortunately the ‘Home’ versions are not as flexible as the rest of the My Cloud products referenced in that link. Currently the solution (provided by support) is to wait until WD provides a firmware update. At that time, the apps (including Plex) should be updated to current versions.
Was reaching, hoping someone found a creative way to update.
