I have a wd caviar blue in warranty. when i trying to install xp it shows ‘disk is not accesible’ pls help me.

Did you check the data cable? Also if possible test your drive using a different computer, as a last trouble shoot step try to install the drive as a secondary unit.
and test in another sata port too
