G-RAID Thunderbolt 2 keeps going to sleep

When I’m editing, for example, my G-Raids go to sleep in a matter of 1 minute. If i’m not constantly scrubbing through my timeline, they go to sleep. My energy saving mode are uncheck for “put hard disks to sleep”. What else can I do ?

I’m using Mac OS Montery 12.4 .

Hello, I am new Here and I am also having a same issue when connected to a with Monterey: even if I unchecked the option “put hard disk to sleep when possible” the drive goes to sleep whenever no app is reading from it: you can continuously hear the sound of waking up-reading-turning off.
