This drive has always worked strangely to me. When I transfer files, it appears to function normally, but the light & drive continue to remain active LONG after the transfer is complete. What is it actually doing? I can’t find any evidence of any other work (backups, etc). I spoke to tech support, but they just insisted it must be a backup (its not). Ideas?
Have same problem with 4TB thunderbolt 2 version.
