I’m having an issue with my 1tb My Passport Ultra. I’ve wiped it clean on 2 seperate occasions. After the first it ran just fine. But for some reason, after the 2nd one, no computer will recognize most of its storage capacity. They all say the capacity is about 248mb. Can anybody help?

Have you checked for virus? There are cases when viruses acquires the space on drive and show it as full.
Just used Malwarebytes to scan the drive and got nothing.
Use diskpart command to format it and check if the issue still exists.
