FTP Access - External Devices

Hi all!

I have a couple of external hard drives connected to my Cloud EX 2 Ultra - if I access through the os5.mycloud.com login, I can see the devices in the files and folders section. However, if I try to access through FTP on FileZilla, it will only show me the Cloud EX 2 Ultra folders, is there a way to show the attached hard drives here also? I have set ftp access to on, but still not showing.
