Firmware not up to date BUT it is up to date

Hey community

i have an issue with my new EX2 ultra. i downloaded the app mycloud for my android and wanted to connect it to the ex2 ultra over the home network, but its says i have to update it, BUT it is updated to the newest version.

i am getting sick and tired of trying to connect my android to the app…
its a nightmare
