Files on Passport Ultra not recognized

I’m in the middle of running the Restore Wizard. I selected Restore from My Passport Ultra to the new computer. I get the error message that there aren’t any files on the Passport Ultra, I can look at the Passport in This PC and there are a LOT of files. My other choice is DropBox and I don’t want to use that.

Did you initialize a new backup in your new Computer?

It is recommended to restore the backed up data once you plug in the My Passport in new computer using WD Backup. If you initialize a backup before the restore process, WD Backup redirects to new backup for restore process and will not allow to restore previous backed up files. However, you need to manually copy the backed up data from the backup folder. Here, you can follow the steps mentioned in below article to manually locate the backed up file in My Passport.
