File and folder error - 36

With WD discovery, icon of My Cloud Home appears on the finder (Mac-Mojave). When I try to create a folder or transfer a doc to MCH with WD discovery I get the message error -36.
I have restarted, unplugged, dot_cleaned, renamed files and attempted on desktop and mobile alike. Also, mobile flips constantly between relay and local connection.
What to do next?

Thanks for the response. As I said, I already tried the Dot.Clean option. Not working. Any other possible options?
