All my data - both documents and photos, etc - show up with extra numbers and letters after the file or JPG ext. AND there is a duplicate of every single file (in every folder) that is only 1 KB and extends the file with _LAST
I’m not able to view any of what I have stored on My Passport without first having to delete the extra #'s and letters and then Rename the file!!
What has gone wrong?!! This is very frustrating, to say the least!
I pray someone has the answer that I need.
