Enter your credentials... can't acess shares

Hi folks,

My router just went wrong so I had to change back to my old one.

Now I can’t access any of my shares. Public works but everything’s on private ones.

I get the message:

Enter your credentials to connect to: MYBOOKLIVE

What exactly is it asking for? I have tried my main MBL user’s password and it doesn’t work.

Any ideas?

Ok sorted. 

I was confused over which user it wanted. It had filled the window with Dan/PC1 which is my user/PC name. I simply needed to change it to Dan which is my user on PC and admin on MBL.
