Email Account Cannot Access Shared Folders

I created a folder and shared it in private link to two friends by email addresses.
They got an email notification by WD MyCloud about the folder shared.

One of friends can see and access the folders on his account after logged into files.mycloud.com.

Another friend cannot see any folder shared by me. Her account shows "No devices available, please notify the device’s owner (Admin user). I tried to delete and add her email address twice. However, she still not able to see the shared folder on her account.

How can I solve this problem?
Can she delete her account from files.mycloud.com?
