Elements 3tb not working, please help :)

I have a WD elements 3tb hardrive that has a lot of photos on it.

Recently it was dropped on the ground. Often it will still show up on the computer but takes a very long time to load the contents. Sometimes it just doesnt show up. However,  The light flashes when ever plugged in.

How can i fix this/where can i get it repaired?
