Have issue with WDBKUZ0020BBK-US WD easystore HD It was working fine and now not working it is not recognized. I tried other drive and they work I changed cables and still not recognized. The light turns on and I can hear it turning but it is not recognized. I tried different PC.
I cannot afford to send it out to get data recovered so I was wondering if anyone knows where can I buy a cable to back it up. the cable I am looking for is the one if I take the harddrive out of the case I need to connect a cable to link to my laptop and try to back up. Its a WD Easystore 2 TB portable. any help would be great
