So Greetings!
Does anyone have an idea on recovering a deleted data folder on the DX4000 D: Drive? Or a good place to get up to speed on Drive Shadow Copies to hopefully retrieve the data. Or any other thought on recovery. I’m surprised WD did not leave the Server Backup option intact on the MS E S Server.
Well WSB is limited to 2tb so it made sense to remove it sorta. You can still run it from an RDP session on the 4/2tb boxes. It is just removed from the dashboard.
Shadow copy should be working though. Just right click on the folder in explorer/shared folders from the launchpad. Then properties>previous versions.
