Drive not recognized

Hi all

I have a 1TB MyBook. and running win 7

The drive suddenly do not get recognized in windows, I have tried on another computer without luck, tried to change USB port and cable - still no luck,

I have been searching in this forum for answers and tried everything, so is there anybodty out there that can help me…please

btw… the computer also says that : the computer does not recognize this USB device

Does the drive show in Disk Management and does it say anything like Raw?

No drive in diskmanagement - it’s just dissapeared from anywhere
