Disk Replacement for MyCloud EX2 Ultra - Encryption issue

Hello,
I need to upgrade with larger disks.
Do I need turn off encryption to begin replacing disks?
There seems no option in WebUI to decrypt once disks are encrypted.
I use RAID 1
