Deleting Time Machine backups

Just looking for some advice please - what’s the best way to delete all TM backups on the EX2 Ultra so we can start backing up again from scratch ?

I’ve raised a support case thanks. I need to delete the whole backup file on the EX2 and start again, not backups of individual Macs.
