Delete a file on DropBox yet still keep it on My Home Cloud?

My Dropbox syncs with My Home Cloud device just fine. However, I have a need to delete files from Dropbox but want to retain them on the My Home Cloud device. Seems that once a file is deleted from Dropbox, the sync deletes is on the Home Cloud device as well. How can I stop the deletions on the Home Cloud device? Thanks, Bill

From the post linked below it seems that any changes on dropbox will occur on the My Cloud Home. If you would like to see changes to that feature I would suggest posting in the My Cloud Home Ideas board

Dropbox Sync

It should be continuously importing the data. Any changes you make on the Dropbox side should appear on your My Cloud Home device automatically. If that’s not happening then we would need to take a look and see whats going on. The only import channel which is truly “one-time” is Facebook as they don’t allow us to maintain a constant connection. -Matt My Cloud Home Product Team
