How can you guys be closed at 8 PM EST on a Sunday?
Question for WD, when are people at home using their hard drives and media players? Most people work, you know 9-5 Monday to Friday and like to enjoy their personal devices after hours.
Being closed on a Sunday at this time is poor service.

Friday - Sunday 8 am - 7 pm CST
