Crontab Task removed automatically without reboot

Hi,

I have 4tb Single bay my cloud drive as we don’t have nas to usb automatic backup schedule I used rsync and added 1 script I have added the same in crontab -e to run at the particular time daily but after running once it’s removed automatically I don’t know why.

please help.

Gen1/v4 or gen2/v2?

If the latter, a reboot will re-install the OS, which probably overwrites any cron settings.

It’s gen2 and I didn’t rebooted the device or upgraded os but still it’s removed automatically
