Create a folder so anyone can access it for the web

Hi

I have 2 NAS , 1 is a Zyxel NAS520 , the new one is wd my cloud ex2 ultra

in my Zyxel NAS , i can make a folder a make it public, so anyone can access it from the web

is there any way that i can do this on wd my clud ex2??
