How do I make my musicfolder public?

I use the Yamaha WXC-50 media player and the app Musiccast as remote control. I have ripped Music on to the NAS but I can’t make either the whole NAS or the musicfolder I have created in NAS publicly visable in my local network . The app picks upp the Windows music folder not the NAS-one.

Any suggestions?

I have now learnt that I can’t use Mycloud home with Musiccast because nothing in the Z:-folder can be made into a public folder.

Had to buy a new NAS. Anyone interested in a brand new NAS mycloud home 4 TB?

I have to agree with other comments in this community that Mycloudhome NAS is really not worth buying if you are interested in other features than cloud-backup.
