I have a new 3 TB external My Book on Windows 7 64-bit Ultra. Whenever I attempt to delete a file on My Book the recycle bin gets corrupt. Is there any solution to this problem? Otherwise My Book works great :heart:
Did you verify if the problem happens on any PC? If it doesn’t happen, then the problem is on the windows side, check if the link below helps.
