Copy photos to Ipad

Is it possble to copy photos from My Passport Wireless directly to IPAD?

Yes.

Use the My Cloud App on your iPad to download your photos to storage on the iPad. However, note that you will still have to use the My Cloud App to view those photos. The photos are not placed in the Camera Roll storage location, so can’t be viewed in Photo or iPhoto etc., unless you do some extra steps with some additional Apps.

The MPW User Manual only briefly covers the My Cloud App, so search around the WD site to learn more. In short, you can download individual files (photos) to your iPad by swiping left on the file name, then tapping the download icon. Or you can download multiple files by tapping the menu icon in the top right corner (the three dots), then tapping Select, ticking the files you want, and tapping the download icon.

There are several threads around here that discuss this issue. Try searching, or start by reading this thread and the two threads I link to within it: http://community.wd.com/t5/My-Passport-Wireless/iPad-storage-problem/m-p/846870/highlight/true#M910
