Copy and paste files from My Cloud to Windows Laptop via My Cloud Desktop App

I wanted to copy some files and forlders located in “My Cloud 4TB” to my Windows 7 Laptop, using “My Cloud Desktop App”, but once I slected the file or folder and click on the option “Copy”, then when I go to my file explorer the option “Paste” is not available.

I’m sure I’m missing something obvius…
