Connection à smartware

Bonsoir,
Je viens de changer de PC il est sous windows11.
Dans l’explorateur de fichier, les dossiers apparaissent bien dans le réseau. J’ai normalement accès au dossier public, mais lorsque j’essaie d’accéder à smartware je suis bloqué.
Pourriez-vous m’aider ?

Windows Backup, Apple Time Machine or Acronis True Image for Western Digital or an alternate 3rd party backup utility can be used instead.

If you cannot access the Smartware Share using Windows File Explorer or Mac Finder then check the My Cloud Dashboard > Shares tab and see if the Smartware Share is set to Private if so set it to Public, or assign permissions for a user to access the Private Smartware Share. Then use that user (and their password) to access the Private Smartware Share.
