Because of my pc’s dormancy, when the portable drive had not been moved off from the computer, i found the drive cannot run correctly, and the control centre shows code 43.
When i tried to reconnect the usb, the portable drive will make a unusual sound for 3 times ,at this time, the computer can identify there’s a usb device, but i cannot open the drive. About half minute later, the computer will tells that there’s a usb device that it cannot identify.
There are important files in the drive, and I hope to get some help.
