Can't access or see my shared folders

Hello,

I have the 2TB MyBook Live (network drive). It was working well until recently I cannot see and access my shared folders (photos, videos, etc.). So I thought I lost them all. But, when I use the dashboard, it shows that 262 GB out of 2TB has been used which I hope is true. Could any body please help me on how to access these shared files again? Your help is greatly appreciated.

Hello Jampang, sorry to hear you cannot access your files. Try pressing the reset button on the back of the My Book for 4 seconds (this wont delete your files) and then try again to access the shared folders. You can use the WD Discovery to map them. Check the link below for the steps.
