Everything worked fine on my WD up until about two days ago. Now I can only see one of my three computers in network shares, and I can’t see my WD on one of my laptops. I am able to map the drive with WD Link though, and can access it just fine.
I shut down everything, like in the troubleshooting post, and rebooted it in that order. Works now. Amazing.

I’m experiencing the same thing. My network shares were working just a few days ago and now, NOTHING! So, frustrating. I’ve already reset my WDLTVPlus and lost all my settings and rebooted my computer, but I didn’t know that we had to do it in a certain order?
