Cannot Register My New WD HDD

This forum is rather difficult to navigate, and I hope I am posting in a reasonably accurate part of the site.

I am trying to register my new 10TB WD GOLD Enterprise HDD, but it keeps saying

I am having exact the same problems. I’ve tried several days in a row now but always get the same error messages. 2 days ago I also opened a support ticket but did not get any response yet. Very disappointed especially since I’m trusted WD drives for several thousand EURos.
