Can see files via wireless but not via USB connection to PC

Hi there

Long story short, I diligently saved some holiday photos on the MPW via SD card. Returned home, plugged MPW into PC and was disappointed to find only half the photos for one day were in the folder.

Was sure I’d let the SD process complete, so I logged onto MPW via iPad. All my photos are in the folder. Connected PC to MPW wirelessly, all the photos are there.

So via USB, only one quarter of the pics appear. Via wireless, they’re all there.

No issues with uploads from other days, all files appear in folders via USB connection to PC.

Any suggestions for a fix? 900 files total for that affected day, so wired copy would be quicker.

One thing is sure. You have not lost your photos if you can see them one way or another…

Perhaps you may drill a bit further in your Windows Explorer and find if there are incremental backups.
